About Us

Diane Koers owns and operates All Business Service,

LLC, a software training and consulting business

formed in 1988 that provides technical support all

over the United States.

Her area of expertise has long been in providing

training and support for Sage Peachtree accounting

software and as well as the word-processing,

spreadsheet and graphics area of computing.

Diane is a Certified Consultant for Sage Peachtree.

As such, she is continually tested to maintain a high

level of knowledge on the products she supports.

In March of 2011, Diane was a College Mentors for Kids

Inspire Award Finalist in the category of

Entrepreneurship.

Besides co-authoring Peachtree for Dummies, and writing an on-line training course for Peachtree, Diane’s authoring experience includes over thirty five books on topics such as PC Security, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Works, WordPerfect, Paint Shop Pro, Quicken, Lotus SmartSuite, Microsoft Money, Digital Media and PC Basics, many of which have been translated into other languages such as Dutch, Bulgarian, French, Spanish and Greek. She has also developed and written numerous training manuals for her clients.

Located in central Indiana, Diane and her husband enjoy their free time traveling the United States in their restored 1972 RV and playing with their four grandsons, Yorkshire Terrier (Sunshine) and Guinea Pig (Ginger).
